I treat clients aged 18 to 65 and specialize in mood disorders, addressing ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, sleep issues, PTSD, and women's issues. My treatment philosophy is informed by holistic, client-centered, and biopsychosocial approaches. I utilize psychopharmacology, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), somatic experiencing approaches, and health behavior modification strategies to improve mental health. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice from New York University and a Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Florida College of Nursing.
