About Nicole Pinto

Hi, my name is Nicole. I am a dedicated Registered Dietitian committed to helping others build a healthy lifestyle through nutrition. I believe that food plays a vital role in overall health, disease prevention, and improving quality of life. My goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to make sustainable, nourishing choices without having to sacrifice the foods they love. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Queens College and completed dietetic internships through Suffolk County Community College and Keith and Associates Distance Dietetic Internship. Throughout my dietetic career I have gained hands-on experience in various nutrition settings including hospitals, nursing homes, school districts, private practices, and community education programs. I look forward to helping others reach their nutrition goals in a way that feels balanced, enjoyable, and sustainable for the long term.
