My appointment was for 4:40pm. I noticed a missed call from the office in the am but no voicemail, apparently they wanted me to come in earlier but how was I to know with no voicemail?! Other than the nurse being ticked about that. NP Teeter listened too all my questions and tried to answer them the best she could. All my concerns were addressed.

Honestly, Dr.Nicole Teeter has been the best doctor I’ve had by far. She has such a friendly demeanor, she is well spoken and is such an understanding individual. As a young adult I’m very comfortable with talking to her. 10/10 recommend!!!

Med tech’s manner was curt. She seemed annoyed that she tried to contact me to reschedule my appointment. I liked Nicole. She listened. I will never use zoc doc again to schedule appointments. Zoc doc sent too many emails and asks for too much information that the office already has. I have received letters 3 times within the past year that medical records have been breached by hackers and I do not appreciate being asked information over the web.

I was very pleased with the updated facilities at Fenton McLaren and especially the addition of Dr.Teeter to the staff there Dr. Teeter is a very approachable, concerned caregiver I would highly recommend to anyone.
