“She was great very smart and kind, great bedside manner. I’d absolutely recommend her. Everything great and zero complaints about the appointment. I think people need to leave more positive reviews on websites etc overall. People only have something to say when they have a bad experience, but rarely much to say when an experience is a good one! ”

My individualized approach to mental health is to adapt to each client’s unique needs, meeting them where they are and collaboratively building a path forward. I strive to help each individual develop personalized strategies for managing their mental health challenges and achieving their wellness goals. I also aim to provide a safe space to build upon emotional resilience and personal growth. My goal is to empower clients to achieve and maintain long-term well-being. No struggle is too small, and everyone deserves a space to be heard and heal.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My treatment approach is warm, non-judgmental, and from a place of empathy. I am committed to providing trauma-informed and culturally relevant mental health care to overlooked communities in New York
We do not see clients who are seeking treatment for: Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, Psychosis, prescribe medical injectables
What is your typical process for working with clients?
At MindFlow Psychiatry we have an in-depth 1 hour first session to determine your treatment plan and goals. Together we design a process that works for you, often implementing therapy with combination of medications as needed. Follow up cadence is dependent on fit, clinical recommendation & availability.
MindFlow front desk team will reach out by phone call first, then by email + text. They are glad to help verify services, price, availability & answer any questions. They will send onboarding steps to confirm your appointment: MindFlow portal intake forms + insurance/coverage setup which is separate from Zocdoc. Nicole has the ability to connect and help you draw your own conclusions. She’s funny, easy to talk to, and always looking for your best interest. She’s really flexible and works to help you get the best out of your care. She helps probe past topics and constantly acknowledges growth.
