the best, they were friendly and the Dr know what he is doing very attentive and explains every question I have
The doctor took time to listen and jumped on my issues fast! I already booked a second appointment to see him.

I'd like to be fair to Dr. Niculae Ciobanu, so I'll start with the good things, then I'll explain why I'm giving a bad review. The good: (1) I did get what I needed (a diagnosis of my blood disorder) (2) Dr. Ciobanu did seem to care about my case, and tried to help me figure out what was going on The bad: (1) They kept me waiting 2 hours for my appointment before I could see the doctor! (2) They made me do blood work prior to seeing the doctor without having told me this would happen and without an explanation as to why! (3) For my 2nd apt, they tried to make me do the same blood work again, even though it was totally pointless (I had just had the same work a week prior). (4) I had to give all my medical info 3 times - once before the apt, once when I arrived, but the doctor had none of that so I gave it a 3rd time (5) they booked a follow-up at a random time without even asking me. I literally had to call the office to cancel a random appointment I never asked for!
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ciobanu. From the moment I walked in, I felt dismissed and unheard. The doctor was extremely rude, cut me off when I tried to explain my concerns and seemed completely uninterested in addressing my issues. Rather than listening, he was dismissive and condescending, making me feel as if my concerns were not valid. A doctor’s role is to provide care, patience, and professionalism, but unfortunately, I did not receive that here. I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive healthcare experience.
