About Dr. Nida Nisar
Nida Nisar, DPM, is a foot and ankle surgeon with a strong focus in sports medicine, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, wound care and limb salvage, and pediatric care. She earned her Bachelor from Loyola University Chicago before completing her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University. Dr. Nisar went on to complete a rigorous three-year surgical residency at HCA Kingwood in Houston, where she developed a deep interest in biomechanics and the surgical restoration of foot and ankle function.
A long-time resident of Houston, Dr. Nisar is passionate about serving her community both inside and outside the clinic. She has volunteered with the Houston Marathon medical team, San Jose Clinic for the uninsured, and local food drives. Her experience in both private practice and group healthcare settings has shaped her empathetic, patient-centered approach—one that emphasizes listening, compassion, and long-term healing.

Explanations for treatment were clear and concise. Additional expenses were explained clearly. I felt involved in my treatment as I didn't feel any unnecessary procedures were involved as well as necessary treatment performed after consultation.

She was very straight forward and explained her knowledge on my injury very well and looked at some other concerns I had. Office was quiet nice and clean and although some lights in the office were out it created a nice calm environment. Am definetly coming back for a nail trim!
