Our team includes professionals educated at Adelphi University and Molloy College, where they earned a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, ensuring expert care grounded in advanced training.
Embracing modern technology, we offer telehealth services for those who prefer or need remote consultations. Yet, we also understand the irreplaceable value of face-to-face interactions. Our Rockville Centre office warmly welcomes those who opt for in-person visits, ensuring a comfortable and conducive environment for discussions.

The initial sessions are crucial as they are dedicated to understanding your current state of wellness and formulating a tailored plan that aligns with your specific needs and aspirations.

What should a new client know about working with you?
Office Number (315) 203- 8245. Kindly get in touch with our office within the next 24 hours, or we'll have to rearrange your appointment.
IN-PERSON office visits are available in Rockville Centre, NY on Wednesdays from 10 am-4 pm, Saturdays from 10 am-4 pm, and Sundays from 12 pm-6 pm. TELEPSYCHIATRY AND PHONE CONSULTATIONS are available in the comfort of your home. You MUST be in NEW YORK during sessions.
BOOKED APPOINTMENTS WITH NO SHOWS / NO CANCELLATIONS BEFORE 24 HOURS ARE CHARGED A CANCELLATION APPOINTMENT FEE. Please avoid doing so, as the time can be used for a patient who truly needs it.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
She designs sessions to be personalized, targeted, and integrative. The initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals. Everyone has stressors when it comes to achieving full-body wellness. She’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers. Since achieving mental health is more than just one stop, she’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices as well.
