Nikki Smart is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a proud graduate of Prairie View A&M University, where she earned her Master’s in Nursing. With 14 years of experience as an FNP, Nikki is the owner and founder of Smart Choice Health & Wellness Clinic. She and her professional staff operate under the belief that patients deserve quality, efficient, and affordable healthcare. A native of Houston, Texas, Nikki began her nursing career over a decade ago and has since passionately committed herself to improving the health of others. She focuses on promoting health and wellness to build a healthier community and is devoted to her patients, positively impacting the lives of everyone she serves.
