Dr. Baksh earned his bachelor's degree from Vilanova University and his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. He then completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Oregon Health & Science University. Later, he completed multiple fellowships in spine surgery and orthopedic oncology at New York University and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Dr. Baksh is a member of the North American Spine Society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, and the Alpha Epsilon Delta Health Preprofessional Honor Society. He has won the OHSU Department of Orthopedics Grantsmanship Groundwork Award and the award for the highest resident OITE.
