Nilesh Patel was very professional and gave me options on my injury. Thank you !!!
Dr. Patel is a great doctor. Very polite, answers all your questions. Would recommend Dr Patel.
My case was not really related to Dr Patels expertise. But he was professional, honest, and knowledgeable in his field. He was courteous as well.
The computer system needs work. Could not log into website.
He’s an excellent doctor. His operation on my wife went very well and his mannerism and follow up was and still is very good.
Great treatment by Dr. Nilesh. He was very thorough, informative and helped answer all questions I had.
Very thorough and got me an appointment with a spinal specialist in the group within 2 days.
I was am first-time patient. Before I saw Dr. Patel the nurses and x-ray technicians did a thorough workup of my problem. Dr. Patel listened carefully, did a full examination and gave me his conclusions clearly and concisely. He discussed all my questions and issues carefully and with full attention. His recommendations and prescriptions for care were complete and easy to understand. Of course, the ultimate test is if the treatment cures my ills but my visit with Dr. Patel met and exceeded my expectations.
I went to Dr.Nilesh for a fracture in my foot. He was very professional and provided enough confidence which really helped me in turn to move on with the injury. I highly recommend him for any orthopedic consultation.
Dr Nilesh Patel reviews patients concerns in five ways. First X-ray/ MRI report statement, Second patients verbatim, third statement noted in their system, fourth physically checking the area of concern., five his knowledge of what is seen on MRI images. Gives options to choose from and notifies the procedures, complications or consequences. This gives better idea and relieves anxiety about your area of concerns.
Reached office at 3:50 PM. Waited for exactly ONE HOUR before being called in. Saw at least two other patients who came after me get in before they called me!!
My second time with Dr. Patel, he is excellent!!! Highly recommended.
Dr. Patel was very personable and professional. Reviewed my complaints and reviewed xrays. Made recommendation and made apptmt for follow up advising if not better before next visit to contact him.. Very satisfied with office staff, very efficient and friendly
He is good. Listened to his patient and do the best to hrlp you to manage your condition or pain.
Besides the wait I found Dr. great answered my questions and explained things to me.
Once you get through the initial paperwork in the waiting room you see the doctor pretty quickly. I was off for an x-ray and back in the examining room for the results right afterwards. Dr. Patel came in, examined my foot, talked about healing, wrote prescriptions, and sent me on my way. Overall, it was a good visit and Dr. Nilesh Patel is wonderful.
He is great doctor the best
Dr. Nilesh Patel is an amazing doctor & I would recommend him to anyone.
My visit was relatively short. He displayed professionalism and was informative. He appeared to be not overly friendly but polite. I cannot give a fair overall assessment of Dr. Patel because this was my first visit with him.
Dr Patel is a fantastic Dr. He is very kind and always treats you with respect . He takes the time to explain things to you . All Drs.should be like Dr Patel.
Dr. Patel was extremely knowledgeable and explained my condition clearly. I was very pleasef with my visit.
My appointment at 11:30 AM. But they called me inside 11:55 AM and explains abt my problem to nurse and X-ray took 12:30 PM. Doctor came in a suite (not in a doctor coat). looks like he is in a hurry to go to meet someone during lunch. He told me that I checked x-ray. Nothing to worry. If still have a pain come after 3 weeks like that. Even he could not listen abt my problems correctly. Then he told me that i will ask nurse to checkout. I waited in room for 20 min. nobody came. Then i came out look for that nurse. She is not there and doctor also not there. there is one guy who helped me checkout. I'm not satisfied.
I was able to get an appointment promptly, waited less than 15 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, which was great given how hopping the practice was. Doctor was patient and answered all my questions, even came back when there was one I forgot to ask.
Wait time was almost an hour, maybe because i was a new patient, but he was quick and straight to the point, i was out of there in no time.
I showed up exactly on time for my appointment. I only waited less than 30 minutes, including the time it took for me to fill out the paperwork. The staff was fantastic in transitioning me from reception, to x-rays, to meeting with Dr. Patel, and then afterward, when providing me with the prescription and final paperwork. Dr. Patel is an incredibly personable doctor who took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He asked a plethora of follow-up questions, which made me feel like he was truly interested and concerned with my issue. He also took the time to draw a diagram while he was explaining his diagnosis and thoughts. I *really* appreciated that he went that extra step to help me understand medical jargon. I felt like I was truly taken care of the entire time.
Long wait time but worth it, Dr.Patel was exceptional -- highly recommend
My visit today was excellent, everyone was curious and very professional.
I love the Dr and the PA/Nursing staff but the girls at the desk when you are checking out leave a lot to be desired (too busy talking to each other to acknowledge an 11 yr old on crutches and her mom waiting patiently to speak to them!) The wait time is frustrating as well. We waited for 95 minutes past our appointment time just to see the Dr for 5 minutes.
Very professional and told me everything I need here
He was very friendly, explained things well and my shy 10 yr old daughter felt very comfortable talking to him so he gets two thumbs up for an excellent bedside manner! The entire staff was very friendly as well. We would definitely recommend Dr. Patel.
seemed very concerned about my situation
excellent and expedient. Dr. Patel is clear and concise, caring and warm. What more could you ask for?
I found him to be very pleasant, very knowledgeable and very capable...He was friendly but without being too casual and professional without being stuffy....my sister came with me and she is making an appt with him too!
