About Dr. Nilesh Nangrani
Dr. Nangrani is the Founder & CEO of UrgentCare2go, Zeal-To-Heal, VirtualCare2go, and IVTherapy2go. He received his medical degree at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Michigan State University. In addition, he completed his fellowship in Emergency Medicine at The University of Tennessee. In addition, to his role at UrgentCare2go, he is also working full time as an Emergency Medicine physician. He is enrolled in the professional MBA program at SMU COX School of Business. He lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with his wife and daughter. He enjoys seeing Primary care and Urgent Care Patients for preventive and acute illnesses. He is also a serial entrepreneur at heart who enjoys the process more than success or end result. He believes in solving problems with a new and innovative approach.

Asked multiple times for a receipt for the copay due to needing it for my insurance, got told they would need to talk to the primary care provider to get me an email with the receipt, and have not received it. Other than that, coverage was good

The staff was nice but I never saw the doctor I actually booked the appointment with. Just the medical assistant and the PA. They were both nice but the medical assistant was not very knowledgeable about my conditions and struggles with the testing equipment quite a bit leading to a very uncomfortable experience

Everytime I come to this clinic it has been a comfortable experience. All the staff are friendly, the place is always clean, and they are very communicative and always respectful. 10 out of 10 experience everytime.

They were unsure of appointment and difficult to communicate with in as much as the lady interrupted me when I tried to speak; the dr who saw me acted as if she didn't have time to see me and she came across as arrogant; and she said she would prescribe me high blood pressure medication but did not, when my blood pressure was life threatening.

Overall TERRIBLE experience. My appointment was scheduled for 5. I arrived on time but didn’t get seen until about 5:47. The doctor I booked the appointment with was NOWHERE TO BE FOUND and I never saw him the entire time. I ended up cancelling the appointment and walking out of the office. Staff was very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

It is really unpleasant experience. The provider doesn’t send my prescription. Not professional and the front desk doesn’t help and hang up on me. I waited for my prescription more than 2 weeks.. horrible experience.. I won’t recommend this facility at all

I had a very bad experience, I went to get annual physical exam but the nurse messed up, she not only failed to collect the blood but caused a wound on my arm with a huge blood clot. Now I have to look for a lab that can get my blood work done. They weren’t even sure if these tests will be covered by the insurance. Very inexperienced staff, never going there again.

I’m a new patient, Didn’t see the guy I booked for, saw a woman doctor instead, both the nurse and doctor kept pushing blood work when all I was there for was a physical for my insurance discount. I’ve been to enough car mechanics to recognize upselling when I see it. Wouldn’t recommend.
