I have a passion for primary care, combining evidence-based medicine with a holistic approach. I aim to build a collaborative relationship with my patients, providing the education and support needed to help them achieve their individual health goals. I employ both traditional and complementary approaches to address a variety of medical challenges, including helping patients formulate daily mindfulness practices, managing complex diseases, handling catastrophic events such as heart attacks, and helping patients and their families deal with the difficult issues involved with end of life care.
