TL:DR; Provider didn’t listen to me it seems. First didn’t send prescription over, then sent over wrong dose, then can’t be reached and talkiatry makes it very hard to contact provider. Don’t work with providers that use talkiatry.
I was really clear about needing a provider that is reliable, and getting back on a regular medication schedule was important to me. This provider said she would put my prescription in yesterday but she never did.
This provider uses talkiatry, it’s a nightmare to use, can’t log in for no reason two appointments back to back. By the time the session starts you’re stressed.
Then I didn’t know it was an hour intake so 25 minutes past the appointment time, after we had started, I needed to stop for work and the provider told me she would mark it as a late cancel because it was meant to be an hour. I didn’t cancel, their system failed to let me login, and when I did log in I wasn’t told it was an hour. So just make sure to know your first app is 1 hour
