I showed up to my appt at around 11:25 AM. The appt was SCHEDULED for 11:30 AM. The receptionist informed me that the appt was cancelled. It was ridiculous because why not make the appt at 11:15 then. It’s false advertisement for the actual appt time. 11:30 worked for me and it’s what time I made it for! Also the “text” the sent which I did not put two and two together until she mentioned. It was a random text saying “the office has a strict 15 minute policy” with a link. No intro no nothing to tell me WHO sent that text. Bad service didnt even offer to reschedule or anything. I was a new patient. Do not RECOMMEND!

Everyone was so friendly! From the front desk to my doctor, everyone was so kind. It was not a place that was JUST business, I felt like a person and was happy to interact on a level that isn't "this is how much you owe." My doctor Nirali Shah was so so knowledgeable. She taught me so many things and I left the appointment knowing so much more than I did going into the appointment. She made everything very clear and answered all my questions!! I would really recommend this place!

Lovely first visit! First time at the Obgyn and can honestly say it was a very smooth and fast appointment were I was seen almost immediately and the wholes staff was very kind! You can tell there is positivity in the air and it was definitely a very welcoming environment where I felt at ease. :)

My experience was good but I didn't get the help I need. I was told birth control is the only solution and I felt the follow up conversation was abrupt and rushed. That basically I am out of options and should have given birth control I chance. I did for 17 days but I was suffering , its impact was worst than pmdd. I honestly feel dismissed.

From the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted with kindness and understanding. My PA was incredible, put all my neres at ease, and gave me ample support. All the other staff matched the kind, genuine as well! Excited for this to become my regular Gyno.

Nirali Shah was one of the best providers I have ever seen. It was just a routine visit, but she had such great bedside manner and really took the time to listen and help me make progress on some long-standing health issues. She was knowledgeable, great communicator, and I left feeling like I would easily recommend her to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful. There were issues with what my insurance would cover and they went out of their way to ensure that the service they provided was covered and that I had no unexpected costs. They were professional and helpful at every turn and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
