I came in expecting to wait 2 hours based on other reviews... I waited 4. I could say a lot more about that, but frankly I don't have the energy.
Tips: there are 2 waiting rooms... Don't be fooled like I was. Don't drive, you'll end up paying the meter. And bring something to do, snacks etc.
As for Dr. Nirmala - she was very sweet and caring. It's clear she knows her medicine. She suggested issues that no other provider had suspected before. She was comprehensive. I'm worried about coming back and waiting for hours but... She may just be worth it.

The wait time at this facility is ridiculous. My appointment was at 10:30am. I waited to check in for 15 minutes. And then I waiting for the doctor for over 2 hours. I wasn’t seen until 1:00pm. Never again

The wait time is HORRIBLE. My appointment was at 11am i got there 10:50am and it’s currently 2:19p and i am STILL HERE. The bathrooms are pretty disgusting as well I was truly surprised. But Dr. Tummalapenta was good, had great bed side manners and not only focuses on your concerns but other things that should be concerning you.

The doctor was very nice and informative but I believe she is over booked and over worked. My first appt with her I waited 1 1/2 and my second appt I waited for 2 1/2 hours! Unexceptionable!! I needed a physical ASAP! I did bloodwork at the same location and had to wait for the phlebotomists to get back from lunch. Very annoying! She was nice as well, and the staff was nice as well

I had a 10am appointment and didn’t leave until 1:30. You have to wait to check in, then wait to get your vitals taken , then wait to see the doctor and then wait to get an appointment. Each wait was ridiculous, i left before even getting another appointment. I will never go here again.

Dr. Nirmala took her time with me unlike some other doctors I’ve had in the past. She doesn’t rush the appointment and she addresses all of your concerns and questions. The only thing that I would like to see an improvement on is the wait time. I arrived 30 minutes early and still managed to wait 2.5 hours. Otherwise all of the staff members were amazing.

I arrived at 11 am on the nose. The receptionist staff was nice, but extremely busy. This office definitely needs the qualified experience of office manager. Everyone is doing everything, but not doing it well. They have a check in waiting area, which I waited 20 mins. Then another waiting area to take my weight, height and blood pressure, another 20 mins. To a really sick patient. I feel that is unacceptable. I finally get called by the physician. We began the Motivational Interviewing phase. Ohh I see you are over weight and your blood pressure is high, you are carrying the weight of a 1 year old child. I have strep throat. I know I need to eat right and exercise, I am not there for you to judge me. She then gets a phone call on her cell phone. She excuses herself, for 15 mins. I'm sorry I am so busy. Comes back to only giving me 5 mins of her time. Total time spent with doctor: 10 mins. Long story short, I will never go back to this facility again. The nurses were nice, even the front desk staff was pleasant. This Dr.'s bedside manner was a 0%. Will not be returning

Dr. Tummalapenta is a great doctor. She is kind and caring and takes the time to explain anything you may not understand. Staff is also great. The only downside is the wait to be seen is pretty long so bring something to keep you entertained.

I made an appointment on line for 10:30am and was accepted and was accepted with no conditions. When I was getting ready to leave my home, I got a call from the front desk telling me that they where sorry and the only opening they had was 12:30pm. I was not seen until almost 2pm. This in my first experience so lets see how my other appointments go. As far as Dr. Nirmala she seems caring, attentive and worth a continued visit.

My biggest complain like everyone else is time. I showed up at 1:45 for a 2:15 appointment. I filled my paperwork out and then waited forever!!!!! I didn't leave until 5:20. That is nuts. I was leaving when the janitor was cleaning the faculty hahahaha
If it weren't for the doctor's kind presence and care I would not be returning.
