He graduated AOA (with honors) from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his dermatology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he served as Academic Chief Resident in his final year.

I’m so glad I chose to see Dr. Reddy. I was initially hesitant after reading two negative reviews, but I’m glad I trusted my instinct and scheduled the appointment. After my experience, it’s clear those few reviews don’t represent the care most patients receive. The other 300+ positive reviews, including mine, reflect the attentive and positive care he provides.
Dr. Reddy was right on time, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and provided a clear diagnosis along with a thoughtful treatment plan. He also booked a follow up afterward to make sure everything was progressing well, which I truly appreciated.
He made me feel heard and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. He is an excellent doctor, and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I had an appointment, completed all my pre-appointment tasks including providing my insurance. I was charged a copay for the appointment but the doctor never showed. A couple minutes after waiting I received a notification that my appointment was canceled. When I called the staff was clueless and had no helpful information.

I can't comment on the doctor’s bedside manner or communication, as I was never actually seen. I logged into my 1:45 PM appointment at 1:40 and waited in the virtual waiting room for 20 minutes. A photo of the doctor and the ocean. At 2:00 PM, I received an automated text stating, “Thanks for attending your appointment today! Please complete this feedback survey to tell us how your visit went,” despite never having spoken to or heard from the provider.
There was no phone number to call, no way to message the doctor, and even Zocdoc was unable to offer assistance. I took time out of my day to prepare for an appointment that never occurred. Now I am frustrated, in tears, while still dealing with the same medical issue and have no guidance or solution. I would recommend choosing a provider you can actually get in touch with. And definitely not one that uses Tono Health.

I’ve had a disappointing experience with this provider. There is clearly something wrong with their billing practices. I still have an unresolved billing dispute with them, and despite not confirming my second appointment, I was still charged a no-show fee.
I reached out for clarification, but the response was neither helpful nor reasonable. This has made me question the clinic’s transparency and customer service. Until they resolve these issues, I cannot recommend this facility.
