What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me means you will be treated with respect, honesty, and clinical care that looks at the full picture. I help patients understand their symptoms while also exploring patterns, stressors, relationships, identity, and life experiences that may be contributing to distress. Treatment may include medication management, therapy-informed support, practical strategies, and clear next steps toward greater stability and direction.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin with a thorough psychiatric and psychosocial evaluation that reviews your symptoms, history, medical background, medications, relationships, culture, values, and goals. From there, we develop a treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, trauma-informed care, coping tools, and practical strategies for daily functioning. Follow-up sessions are collaborative, goal-oriented, and focused on tracking progress and adjusting care as needed.
