The representative “April” answering the phones on Tuesday July 12th is a HUGE disappointment. I have never had the displeasure of speaking to someone so crass and rude at a medical facility. The way she speaks to you is DEGRADING and she does not care to hear about anything that you have to say! WHY would you have someone answering the phones being the first line of contact and they act like you’re a problem and you should have never bothered to call? If you try to set up an appointment or call for anything and “April” picks up..just hang up! She can’t and won’t do anything for you anyway. Get a new job if you don’t know how to properly reach out and speak to people!
