Initially, I made an appointment with someone else but the office contacted me very quickly to apologize and ask if I would like to make an appointment with a different person at basically the same time, which I said yes to. The gentleman was very personable, attentive, and thorough when explaining things. I wasn't able to get my Rx for anxiety or my Rx for ADHD, but he explained that this was because of the company's policy regarding controlled meds, which is understandable. I've been on the meds for 5-6 years through a different psych, but it was my first time speaking with him. So, I would have to go to their office in person to give a urine sample. Also, in order to get my Rx for ADHD, they would need me to do an EKG before the medication. I also understand this policy. I just wish they would have listed this info about controlled Rx's on either Zocdoc, their website, or evenio look in one of the emails/texts they sent me so I could have looked elsewhere.
