Getting to know Nnaemeka Anosike

I’m a psychiatric provider who believes that great care starts with truly listening. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I work with teens, adults, and older adults to address challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, and life stressors. My approach is collaborative—I’ll take the time to learn your story, explain treatment options, and work with you to create a plan that fits your needs and lifestyle. This may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with your therapist or other providers. I understand that seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, so I focus on making each step as clear and supportive as possible. I offer telehealth visits to make care accessible and convenient. If you’re looking for a provider who combines medical expertise with genuine compassion, I’d be honored to be part of your journey toward feeling better and living well.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your voice matters. I take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and explain options clearly so we can make decisions together. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on creating a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I’ll ask questions to understand your history, symptoms, and goals. Together, we’ll discuss possible diagnoses and create a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication, lifestyle changes, and coordination with a therapist. Follow-up visits focus on checking progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and supporting your overall well-being.

I cannot say enough great things about NP Anosike. From my first visit, he showed a level of care, compassion, and professionalism that went far beyond what I expected. After my surgery, he didn’t just treat me and move on he has continuously checked in on my recovery 1 year later, and followed up on my symptoms, and made sure I always knew he cheered for my recovery. What stood out the most is his genuine concern for my well-being. He listens closely, explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. A year after my procedure, he still reaches out to see how I’m doing. Such dedication I haven’t experienced and it has made all the difference in my healing process. Because of his attentive follow-up and thorough care, I’ve had peace of mind during recovery and avoided setbacks. He truly goes above and beyond, and I feel fortunate to have had him as part of my care team. If you are looking for someone who treats you like a person, not just a patient, I highly recommend NP Anosike
