Hello! I am Nneka, a PMHNP-DNP. I provide holistic, integrative psychiatric care to adolescents and adults with depression, Anxiety, Bipolar,ADHD, mood, and trauma disorders, partnering with clients and their families to help them to achieve their health goals. I engage in open and honest communication with my clients and help them understand that the journey to wellness and recovery requires patience and effort. I am non-judgmental and strive to provide safe and empathetic care. My goal is to assist in facilitating overall wellness for my clients and their loved ones. My approach is very warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and kindness. I will tailor our sessions and your treatment plan to your individual needs and meet you where you are in life. While I prescribe medications when needed, I address other factors that may be impacting your mental health such as exercise, sleep, nutrition, lifestyle, relationships, and coping skills.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
