“Great experience! It’s tough finding a DR in NYC and I’ve had a lot of bad luck, so was super pleased with my appt. I had a lot of miscellaneous symptoms and Dr. Thielman did a great job of listening, asking questions, and genuinely trying to understand what was wrong. He also did a great job of recommending next steps! :)”

The doctor is very nice, but it is not nice to spend a whole week without medication because the receptionists don't know they could schedule a call instead of a visit for a simple refill, or simply don't think it's important that a patient runs out of medication for a week, like I said multiple times in multiple calls. I was given a week to prepare for a test tomorrow, and I spent the whole last week trying to study without medication, waiting to see Dr. Noah because the receptionist decided I had to see him in person for a refill. I genuinely wonder if it is better to simply not take any medication at all rather than taking it in such an unreliable way.

This was my first visit with Dr. Noah Thielman, and I am truly grateful for the experience. From start to finish, the entire visit was wonderful. Dr. Thielman was kind, patient, and very attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. I never felt rushed, and his warmth and professionalism really stood out. I also want to recognize Sam, the medical assistant, for his professionalism, warm demeanor, and attentiveness throughout the visit. He was incredibly kind and made the experience even more comfortable. Additionally, the receptionist was warm, polite, and very helpful, which made checking in and out smooth and welcoming. It’s rare to leave a doctor’s appointment feeling truly cared for, but that’s exactly how I felt. I highly recommend Dr. Thielman and his team to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive care.

I would get sick on purpose just to go back here. You can feel the warmth and the heart of everyone you come into contact with. Both doctor and nurse and receptionist had a competition in my head for the sweetest. It can be so scary entering these appointments, but I feel they understand that, and are part of the new crop of doctors from the future who are more in tuned with what their patients need, and a reformation of what the care could be like going forward. (They also laughed at some of the things I said, which I appreciate :) .
Overall, great experience at this office. All of my questions were answered by Noah, I was able to get testing same day and was called timely about the results as well. I never felt rushed which is often my experience with doctors trying to get to the next patient. Would recommend.
