“She was confused as to why I was there, which may have been a miscommunication through the online booking with ZocDoc, so she seemed a little short with me and kept insisting she wasn’t going to give me a certain medication which I stated I didn’t even want. I didn’t even realize she was my new family practice doctor until she told me and I verified with the nurse. Overall, she was professional, efficient and on time. I will go back. Office staff was great too. ”

Very disappointed, I scheduled this appointment a week prior for Saturday @ 4pm . I never got a call and was informed there office was closed on Saturday while calling and an automated machine answered. There online appointment schedule stated they saw patients online.

Provider never checked in with me. All I needed was a refill on my medication after the fact of the provider not showing up I called the facility and they informed me that they can not do that. To me it was unprofessional someone should’ve called prior to the appointment to let me know.

Complete waste of a booking. They thought I was coming in-person and blamed it on a “Zocdoc” glitch. My appointment was urgent, so in order to keep an appt for today, I was asked to self pay.
