Specializing in eating disorders, diabetes, and women's health (pregnancy/postpartum), my extensive experience spans hospital inpatient and outpatient settings. My empathetic yet evidence-based approach means I care about how & why you eat just as much as what you eat. My primary goal as your dietitian is to cultivate a safe space where you can share your honest struggles without feeling judged. I earned my nutrition degree at The University of Colorado and completed my dietetic internship at The Metropolitan University of Denver. My passion for nutrition blossomed after recovering from my own eating disorder, so I truly understand just how much food can impact one's quality of life. Beyond my role as a dietitian, I love walking my two dogs, discovering new local coffee shops, hiking, and spending time with my family!
