Getting to know Noor Alani
I believe good healthcare starts with listening and getting to know the whole person. With a background in both family medicine and psychiatry, I understand how closely our physical and mental health are connected, and how our relationships, experiences, and everyday lives can affect how we feel.
I provide primary care and mental health care for adults, including evaluation and treatment for concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, difficulty concentrating, low motivation, and feeling overwhelmed. My approach is personalized, thoughtful, and focused on finding what works best for you.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I especially value the relationships that develop over time. As I get to know you, how you experience your symptoms, what matters most to you, how you respond to treatment, and how your needs change through different seasons of life; care can become increasingly personal and individualized.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
You can expect a call or text from my patient care coordinator, Brenda Hernandez. Brenda will confirm the appointment and also send you links to your appointment and to sign consent to treatment forms. Brenda will also work on reviewing your insurance benefits or setting up self pay rates with you. You will also receive a link via text to a HIPAA compliant communication platform called Spruce where you can communicate directly with me and my team regarding questions, side effects, concerns, appointments, etc. Once your appointment time comes, you will click the link provided where I will join you.

All patients are required to register for our secure Patient Portal before their appointment. Please complete your personal and medical information, intake forms, and consent documents, and upload your insurance card and photo ID on the portal.
Important: All required information and forms must be completed before your appointment to avoid delays or rescheduling.
Be Advised:
- We do not prescribe or refill benzodiazepines or some controlled substance such as Klonopin, Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Percocet, Hydrocodone, etc.
- We do not prescribe or refill controlled medications on the first visit.
- We do not fill out FMLA, MVA, disability, or any work or school form.
- DOES NOT issue ESA/SERVICE ANIMAL certificates/letter.
