“DR. Lopez is the consummate professional. She his friendly, thorough, and patient. I do want to mention that the phlebomist who drew my blood was not. She dropped the orange plastic bag that used to hold my vial of blood on the floor in the hallway before entering the exam room. I called it to her attention. She simply picked it up without replacing it with a clean one or using a wipe to sanitize it. When I expressed concern, she simply blew me off and placed the blood sample vial for the lab into it anyway. I was shocked.”
