Online it states my insurance is accepted, but when I got to my appointment I was told they would check if my insurance was taken. I was broilught into a room snd rgey never communicated if my insursnce is accepted. I was told i would have to pay for the visit because they never got an answer from the insurance.

I would go back but they need to be in sync with ZocDoc. Due to them not having a confirmation and I clearly had an appointment conformation via ZocDoc, I was treated like a walk in patient. The doctor was great and the front office staff was very nice. However, they need to get in sync with the ZocDoc system, otherwise, you can find yourself in a very long line of people who have no appointment.
