The check-in process is horrible, combined with the fact that the person at reception was not friendly and made the process very lengthy and unpleasant since I was the only one there and she refused to help me, although there were several issues (most notably the Wi-Fi not working for me). It took about 20 minutes when she was watching videos, and only helped me out of exasperatation because I was having a lot of problems. She was much friendlier to the other patient who came in after me (not sure why. The tone of the place is very blah, and the people there seemed very stressed or bored, not very interested.

ZocDoc advertised this provider was in-network, then received a surprise bill saying I was out-of-network. This is an issue with the provider's office not ZocDoc (or so I am told). Really unprofessional, neglectful, and a lack of due diligence.

I would go back. I was impressed with the quality of the communication. And the receptionist was good at facilitating my prescription with the pharmacy on a major holiday (Labor Day).

Great. Came in for something fairly urgent that other providers had overlooked, and they got everything done quickly and efficiently.

Easy urgent care experience! I booked my appointment ~30 minutes in advance and filled out a short questionnaire online. When I got there, I waited about 5 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor was very attentive and thorough, it was a very quick and easy experience. I will go back here for any future needs.

Wonderful office with a wonderful staff! Kind and professional, from the secretary to the medical assistant and then to the physician's assistant. Answered my questions thoroughly and took excellent care of my mom. I highly recommend this place!

The doctor was kind, patient and communicated clearly. He did his best, given that it wasn't possible to do any diagnostic bloodwork. Receptionist was unfriendly, loud radio played. Not a soothing atmosphere. When I went to pick up my prescription it had not been called in.

Office was great. Nurse was thorough and efficient. When the doctor came in he listened to all of my concerns and thoroughly addressed each one. He spent his time with me, did not make me feel rushed
