“very helpful and friendly staff during intake. my cell phone was not working and staff was supportive. and i was a new patient to their system so required extra effort.
examination was excellent. covid test was suggested from the start and was positive instant diagnosis and prescription sent for medication to pharmacy. wife was with me during exam and even though her covid test was negative she was prescribed paxlovid, correctly by being in the same household. all carried out with efficiency”

I had an appointment so I came in and was seen very shortly after. The experience was very good and the practitioners were very attentive and kind.

The office was large and clean. The space was not cramped. I felt comfortable as it was my first visit there. I was told I have a copay but I didn’t receive the link. So I will pay it once I get a bill. I went on a Saturday morning. As I was feeling uncomfortable. They were able to give me two types of kits to have myself check. Sabine the Nurse Practitioner was easy to talk to and she had some great advice. I am still waiting for my results. But I feel confident they will call me once the results are posted.

The waiting area/ patient rooms were clean and inviting. The staff was friendly, and I was seen by someone right away since I'd already scheduled an appointment and filled out forms beforehand. Definitely recommend.
