Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

The Doctor was very nice, kind, empathetic, and warm. I was scared about my first appointment because I don’t like opening up to people regarding personal matters. She had a very warm and inviting tone which made me immediately feel at ease. She listened to me and reassured me that my feelings were valid. I would say that talking to her wasn’t like talking to a doctor, it was like talking to a really good friend with only good intentions to help you.

In our first meeting she identified a potential issue that other medical professionals with more familiarity with had mentioned but I had hesitated to believe. She took the time to explain to me what the issue meant and how it was connected to concerns I had. Since then I’ve had support from her that’s been very impactful in my life.
