What is your typical process for working with clients?
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, psychosis, personality disorders, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. I also support clients navigating life transitions, stress, and challenges related to emotional regulation and self-esteem, using a holistic, evidence-based approach, medication, and therapy.

Dr. Ensy is truly one of a kind when it comes to her approach with new patients. Her assessment process is incredibly thorough; she doesn't just look at potential psychiatric concerns but also thoughtfully incorporates mind, body, and spirit into the big picture.
?She has a unique gift for using deep, meaningful conversation to drill down to the heart of the matter. It’s through this process that she identifies the therapies required to help heal whatever is hurting. If you are looking for a practitioner who sees you as a whole person, I cannot recommend her enough.
