From there, we will build a treatment plan together, one that is honest, realistic, and designed around your unique life and needs.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach is collaborative and grounded in partnership because I believe the best care happens when you feel empowered, informed, and genuinely part of every decision. When medication is part of your journey, I draw on evidence-based options carefully chosen with your specific needs and goals in mind. You will always have space to ask questions, voice concerns, and take an active role in your own healing.

She was amazing!!! So attentive, I have struggled with feeling being heard and she made me so comfortable. I have been nervous about getting diagnosed because I felt like the process would be hard and complicated but she made it super easy, and within two weeks I was able to be put on a medication for my diagnosis!
