What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect to be heard, respected, and actively involved in your care. I take time to learn about your unique history, symptoms, and goals before recommending a plan. Your treatment will be customized to your needs and will adjust as needed along the way. I believe in open communication and will explain your options clearly so you can make informed decisions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first visit will be a 60-minute comprehensive assessment of your mental health and medical history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, we will develop a personalized plan that may include medication, CBT, mindfulness therapy, and lifestyle recommendations. Follow-up visits, typically 20–30 minutes, will focus on reviewing progress, managing symptoms, and updating your plan as needed. I encourage open communication between visits for urgent concerns so you feel supported every step of the way.
