Every patient is unique, so I take the time to understand your concerns, medical history, lifestyle and goals before recommending a treatment plan. If medication is part of the treatment, I take a thoughtful patient centered approach-discussing benefits, potential side effect and alternative options to help you make informed decisions. i encourage active participation in your care. My goal is to provide you with the tools, support and guidance needed to help you feel your best.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process of working with clients follows a structured yet individualized approach to ensure comprehensive care. Here's an overview of what patients can expect Initial Evaluation (45-60 minutes) This comprises of 3 component- Comprehensive Assessment -Diagnosis and initial Impression -Treatment Planning -Comprehensive assessment: information such as detailed history, including current concerns, symptoms, past treatment, medical history, lifestyle and any psychosocial factors. -Diagnosis: i provide my clinical impression and discuss possible diagnosis -Treatment planning: We collaboratively develop a plan which may include medication, brief supportive therapy, lifestyle or referrals to other professional.
