What is your typical process for working with clients?
My process is centered around building a trusting, collaborative relationship from day one. During our first session, I take time to get to know you—your history, your current challenges, and your goals. From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, or both, depending on your needs and preferences.
Follow-up sessions are a space to check in, adjust the plan as needed, and continue supporting your progress. I believe in open communication, shared decision-making, and creating a safe, judgement-free environment where you feel empowered in your mental health journey.
