Initial Contact • Client visits the website • Brief consultation to determine needs, services, and fit. • New client intake forms and consent documents are completed electronically. • Pay required fees • Call, WhatsApp, text, or email to schedule an appointment online. • Send past/current medical history (required 48 hours before appointment day) 2. Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation • 60–90 minute initial assessment. • Review of symptoms, medical history, psychiatric history, medications, family history, and lifestyle factors. • Discussion of treatment goals and concerns. 3.
