I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience and a functional wellness practitioner dedicated to helping individuals restore their health naturally by addressing the root causes of chronic symptoms.
As a health advocate, my work focuses on hormonal balance, gut health, weight management, and sustainable lifestyle healing through a holistic, personalized approach. My passion for functional wellness is deeply personal. For years, I experienced persistent fatigue, dizziness, weakness, brain fog, and a constant sense of not feeling well, despite being told that my laboratory results were normal.
Although I was reassured that I was “fine,” I knew my body was signaling otherwise and sensed that something deeper was being overlooked. That turning point led me to discover functional medicine, where I began my own healing journey from the inside out. As I addressed underlying imbalances and supported my body holistically, my health began to transform.
After experiencing this restoration firsthand, I pursued formal training and became a certified functional medicine practitioner to help others find the answers I once sought.
