About Olaide Owoloye
I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience, dedicated to helping women improve their health through personalized primary care, metabolic wellness, and functional lifestyle support.
My clinical focus includes women’s wellness, perimenopause support, weight management, gut health, fatigue, metabolic health, and helping patients address chronic symptoms that are often overlooked or dismissed.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. For years, I struggled with persistent fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, weakness, and a constant feeling that something in my body was not right, despite being told that my laboratory results were “normal.” Although I was reassured that everything looked fine, I knew there had to be deeper underlying imbalances contributing to how I felt.
That experience led me to explore a more root-cause and whole-person approach to healing. As I began addressing lifestyle factors, nutrition, stress, hormonal balance, gut health, and metabolic wellness, my health gradually transformed. This journey inspired me to pursue additional training in functional and lifestyle-focused care so I could better support others experiencing similar struggles.
Today, I am passionate about helping women who feel unheard, exhausted, or frustrated by ongoing symptoms regain their energy, restore balance, and feel supported in their healthcare journey. My approach combines evidence-based medical care with compassionate listening, education, and practical wellness strategies tailored to each individual’s needs.
