My approach integrates medical expertise with a deep understanding of the human experience — offering support for those navigating anxiety, depression, OCD , Panic disorder, ADHD, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, Postpartum depression and premenstrual dysphoria. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. My background as a nurse practitioner allows her to integrate medication management & supportive psychotherapy. I do not provide telehealth session to the following conditions below : (i)Active suicidal ideation with intent or plan (ii) Active psychosis, including hallucinations, delusions, or significant disorganization (iii) Acute mania or severe depression with impaired reality testing) (iv) Residential or intensive outpatient substance use treatment (v) Evaluation or intensive support for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) (vi) Interventions for learning disorders or significant cognitive impairments (vii) Services requiring ABA therapy, neuropsychological testing, or academic accommodations. I do not complete, fill out, or sign assessments, or forms that require evaluation for eligibility, disability, accommodations, or legal/administrative purpose: Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork, Leave of Absence (LOA) forms, Social Security Disability (SSD) evaluations, Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters or paperwork, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) evaluations, Custodial or forensic evaluations for duty / return-to-work forms, Housing, accommodation, or accessibility evaluations. DOES NOT PRESCRIBE Stimulants(Adderall, Modafinil, Concerta, Vyvanse, Focalin, Ritalin) and Benzodiazepine(Xanax,Valium , Ativan , valium, Klonopin).
