Our mission is to reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues and provide accessible, compassionate, and effective care to individuals seeking help. I am dedicated to improving the mental health and overall quality of life of my clients. At this time, we are out of network with Medicaid and Medicare.

My approach to mental health care is holistic and patient-centered. I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients, promoting open communication, and tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy to provide comprehensive care.

Dr. K made the initial screen visit as comfortable as possible. I could tell she is knowledgeable in both types of psych that will benefit me most, so I have no doubt about my future, and that she can help you find yours. Made a clear plan that is already in action, only an hour after the zoom ended. She listened, was empathetic, consoled, and positively affirmed. She was right there with me every step of the way.
