My name is Dr. Onabanjo DNP,
I have been in healthcare for about two decades.
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan of all ages. Trauma-informed care, integrative psychiatry with advanced training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. I work collaboratively with my clients to create personalized care plans that may include psychotherapy, psychopatholy, lifestyle strategies, and, when appropriate, medication management.
My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the complex connection between mind and body. I believe mental health care should be a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their healing journey.
Whether you are seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, or life transitions, my goal is to guide you toward improved well-being and resilience. Together, we will work toward developing tools and strategies to help you not just manage symptoms, but thrive and become a better version of what you'd like to be.
