She was late to the virtual appointment and was really rude once she got on the phone. I was unaware that I couldn’t be out of state during my appointment and she completely rushed me off of the phone to get rescheduled and kept stating you only have 30 mins I’m not charging you now but I will charge you in a moment. I usually get good doctors off of Zocdoc but I won’t be returning to an appointment with her.

I didn’t feel heard during my visit. I came in seeking an accommodation for poor sleep, but the doctor seemed more focused on prescribing psych meds I neither needed nor asked for. I was told I need to be a patient for 3 months to get an accommodation letter, yet only one visit was enough to push strong medications. That policy feels inconsistent and raises concerns about priorities. It left me questioning whether the main motivation was patient care or financial incentives tied to prescribing meds. Very disappointing experience.
