Thank you for booking with us and Welcome to Oasis Mental Health Services ! We are excited to assist you on your mental health journey. After Scheduling through Zocdoc, you'll receive a secure email from "Therapynotes" with link to create login for your patient portal. Please access the portal and complete the requested documents. You will also be joining your consultation through this portal, so please make sure to set up your access before your appointment to complete your intake forms. Our team will also reach out by email and Phone to support and assist you with any issue. Once your Paperwork is completed, your appointment will be fully confirmed and your time reserved. I was not pleased with the way my provider rushed the appointment and immediately suggested medication. I was looking forward to more sessions where the provider would get to know me and I could build a relationship instead of being brushed off with a prescription for medication.

I don't have much to say about the doctor cause I never saw her i made the appointment filled everything out on zocdoc then come time for my appointment I never heard from her office and I was never sent the link to to get on the televist. I'm not sure if it was her office or her but either why that's unacceptable. I wouldn't trust them for my care. And cant even bother to call u and say hey I can send the link now or even reschedule it. NOTHING

I sent in paperwork that should have been reviewed that had a list of all my meds I was taking but since it didn't seem that it was looked over, I have to fill out a bunch of paperwork and then wait till Monday to get my medicine. Had it been reviewed, there shouldn't be paperwork I have to waste my time filling out

My therapist Olatomi Akinola is nothing short of a blessing. I have had a total of four therapist in my life. Therapy has only last about maybe 3 sessions and then I ghost my therapist because it just makes my mental state worse. Dr. Olatomi was my “last try” my last time I tried to reach out for help. Our first session I started gaining trust and felt good about letting my walls down. Every session she remembers details about our last and even knows my kids and their everyday struggles. She feels more like a friend than a “Dr. “ I always feel safe when I’m talking to her. I know I can tell her anything and not feel dumb for saying it. She validates all my feelings. If you’re someone who’s googling “therapist” take it from me. It’s worth “one more try” she’s a BLESSING. I love you DR. Olatomi thank you for being what I needed even though I didn’t want to admit I needed you.

First appointment was set at 11:30 they rescheduled and I only found that out by calling the office said she was busy and would get to me at 12:00 12 came no doctor
Call office explain what was going on and they came up with some nonsense excuse that I hadn't filled out my insurance information well that's funny cuz when I log into ZocDoc My information comes up instantly

The first appointment went very well, she was very patient with me and asked thorough questions to assure I was getting the correct medication. I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to new medication and she made me feel very confident in the meds she was prescribing me. The second appointment was a quick check up but she made sure to check up on how the meds were reacting, how personal things I mentioned at the first appointment were going, etc. She is very thorough and very clearly cares about her patients. Definitely recommend booking an appointment with her! :D
