Terrible… this doctor saw my child at a psychiatric hospital and prescribed him medication… so I wanted to follow up since he already was familiar with his situation. I tried calling his office and could never get anyone on the phone. Saw he was on Zocdoc so I scheduled a virtual visit, time comes and he never gets on the video call, then I call the office 8 times back to back after I got ahold of someone to notify them of this problem and finally they called me back to let me know he isn’t available. Will need to see his provider(assistant) in the morning.. and also fill out 21 pages of new patient forms after he’s already seen my child… just completely stressful all around. Can’t imagine working long term with an office that operates this way.

The appointment never happened. I called the office, and the voice mailbox was full. We went to the office, and it was locked with a realtor key lockbox on the door. It appears that they are out of business, or that’s the conclusion after being ghosted. They never sent a prescription refill last month for my daughter. We will be looking for an existent provider.
