“I don’t think I’ve ever felt that comfortable when speaking to a Doctor, Nurse practitioner, therapist, etc. Olayinka Toby actually let me speak about things I’ve been feeling, and actually listened to me. Never once interrupting me, or invalidating my feelings. Wish i could have found her 20 years ago!

I have had the most unprofessional experience with Mrs. Toby. She did not show up for online sessions unless I messaged or called her prior, the most recent session of which just happened over the phone instead of the scheduled video conference. I was also put on extremely severe medications with no testing of the medications first. Being put on 4 medications from 0 is a extreme on the body, and I feel it will take time to recover. This individual has hurt me, not helped.
