I scheduled an appointment because of the availability just for them to take the co pay & tell me they can’t help me because of the size of my keloid which is understandable but they should of communicated they ONLY deal with small beginner keloids!

The front office staff was super friendly when I arrived. The nurse and PA were helpful and good communicators, and they shared information about my skin condition. They were fast and helpful, and they had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. What a pleasure!
