“She was kind and understanding! She was also compassionate, which was super comforting. I’ve heard the stigma of psychiatrists being very unfriendly and cold, but she was the opposite! We were even able to make jokes and small talk. I’m thankful I found her.”

A very lovely woman, she politely walked me through my diagnosis and was attentive to everything I shared with her. She did not get upset when I told her I did not want to be “zombied out” by medications. In fact, she made sure to clarify the possible side effects, when the medication would take effect, and the proper dosage. She also took the initiative to tell me which medications she would not be prescribing due to their known potential for addiction and worsening symptoms. Furthermore, she explained why the particular medication she prescribed is better for my diagnosis, noting that if I had taken something else, it could have actually made my current mental state worse. It was a wonderful and comfortable experience, and I would recommend her to anyone currently struggling with their mental health.

Great. I was hesitant at using a third party website. It’s worth it. Olga is very helpful and respectful, she listens and takes everything into consideration.
