Olga Segal, MD, uses combinational, innovative techniques of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Esketamine to treat a variety of psychiatric and neurological disorders, including Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD), Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and sleep challenges.
Olga Segal, MD, has over 20 years of experience in neuropsychiatry. She earned her second medical degree at St. George’s University in Grenada and completed her residency in psychiatry at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Segal is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Clinical TMS Society. She is also the founder of Segal Neuropsychiatry, where she serves as president and medical director. Please note we do not take HMO insurance plans.

Dr. Segal only accepts patients interested in combinational, innovative techniques of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Esketamine.
Dr. Segal is available for in-person visits only in our Mill Valley, CA office.
The office is a few minutes away from San Francisco.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
1. We check your insurance eligibility for TMS service.
2. We will schedule an initial virtual consultation with Dr.Segal to decide on your treatment plan.
3. Your TMS sessions will be scheduled for in-office treatment.

Ongoing session: $250 for 30 minutes

Looked up on zocdoc with all the custom filters to find help with my panic attacks and medication control and said she was qualified as psychiatrist on app but never called me and waited 20 minutes when I got a email back finally saying I dont have a appointment anymore because the main provider of that place doesn’t work on medication control. When I could have got a call about this prior and not waste time out of my day this has to be the worst and most unprofessional place ive ever seen.

She didn’t show up for the appt. I never received a phone call. I found an email afterwards, stating that I would be seen by a different doctor in her practice. I don’t appreciate being handed to a different doc without my research and approval. As it turned out, even that didn’t happen. I called her office two times, saying that I was waiting, but I got no response. Nothing!!!! I waited 15 minutes and then gave up! How rude! I will never use her services again. Stars: 0

Makayla was also fantastic with quick responses to email and clearly communicated anything needed to make for a smooth appointment. Jaime was such a personable doctor who was actively listening to what I had to say. The NP Kevin I saw was great! Very understanding and straightforward. Keep in mind the appointments on Zocdoc are not actually available, I scheduled one on here and didnt actually get seen for another 2 weeks so if you’re looking to be seen right away it probably won’t happen. I will say it was worth the wait, their staff is awesome!
