What should a new client know about working with you?

I am an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing earned in 2014 and Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health. Follow-Up Appointments (20–30 mins): Frequent visits at first to monitor and adjust treatment As symptoms improve, check-ins every 1 to 3 months More time available if needed — your care is never rushed ?? Flexible Visits: In-person or virtual — your choice Designed to fit into your schedule and comfort level ?? My Philosophy: I believe mental health care should be: Compassionate ?? Collaborative ?? I cannot recommend Dr. Olga Tsoy highly enough! She is an exceptional psychiatrist who truly stands out for her incredible attention to detail and genuine dedication to achieving real results. Unlike many others, Dr. Tsoy looks far beyond just symptoms — she carefully investigates the underlying causes, even checking blood work and genetic markers to get a full picture of her patient's health. I was amazed that she recommended treatments like vitamin B12 supplementation, something that traditionally isn't even part of psychiatry. Her holistic, thoughtful approach made all the difference for me. It’s rare to find a specialist who cares this much and works so thoroughly. Dr. Tsoy is simply outstanding!
I’m so happy to find someone who listens well and has experience with addressing all my problems and concerns and getting feedback. Thank you
When I first reached out to Dr. Olga, I was extremely nervous. Talking about my struggles felt overwhelming, and honestly, I was ashamed of them. But from the very beginning, she listened with compassion and took everything I said seriously. I feel safe and truly understood when I talk to her. It’s rare to find a psychiatrist who creates such a warm and non-judgmental space. I’m genuinely so grateful I found her—she’s already made a big difference in my life
I’ve been seeing this provider for nearly a year and very satisfied. Olga makes sure to address my concerns every time I have questions. She is very professional.
Overall, it was a great experience. We are still working on the plan that Olga proposed. I really liked that she incorporates an integrative approach to Western medicine. It was easy to set up an appointment and complete all the paperwork. I communicate with Olga through email or portal messaging, and she is very responsive.
She focused on root causes of my symptoms which was insightful and more effective. Great, professional attitude. Highly recommend her.
