“This was my first appointment, and I was happily surprised at the quality of care that I received. Office staff were competent and easy to deal with. My initial appointment with the doctor went well. Despite being late for the appt due to some technical difficulties i was having, the Dr still saw me right away. She had a pleasant demeanor and good bedside manner, and she was thorough in her initial assessment and explanation of her approach. I felt like I was actually heard and had my concerns validated rather than dismissed, as has been the case with previous providers. After an initial assessment, we came up with a treatment plan that 1) I actually felt included in and 2)has me optimistic in the prospective road ahead.”
