I believe mental health is a journey that requires a holistic, compassionate, and collaborative approach. My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their healing process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice. In our first interview session, we explore your concerns, evaluate psychosocial history, goals, and the best approach for your needs. CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I help you identify unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier perspectives, and develop practical skills for lasting well-being.
